We offer a 30-day return window on all orders. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll sort it.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
How to Return an Item

Contact us first Email hello@graftlabs.store or use the contact form with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return and provide the return address.

Pack the item securely Return the item in its original packaging where possible. Include a note with your order number so we can process it quickly.

Ship it back Send using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked for UK returns.

Refund processed Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
